Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Techie Mart We want you to have a positive shopping experience with us. Please review our return policy below:
1. Timeframe for Returns
Our return policy lasts for 48hrs within Lagos State and 72hrs outside Lagos State. If these time frame has elaspsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused, unpacked and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
Goods with obvious signs of use: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account or original method of payment within 7 days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps: Check your bank account again. Contact your debit card company as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank. If the above steps have been completed and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@techiemart.ng
5. Sale Items Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale (promo) items cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please send us an email at info@techiemart.ng or Visit our help Centre
7. Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: 3, Calvary Close, Ikeja.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
